Troubleshooting Guide

I've plugged in the Wireless USB Adapter, and it's asking for an installation CD (or isn't being recognized at all by my PC):
The adapter shipped with your Liveboard is currently compatible only with XP (service pack 2) and Vista operating systems. Mac and Linux versions are in development and will be released soon.

My computer isn't recognizing the Liveboard™ when I try to
"Add new bluetooth device":

Make sure your Liveboard's BLUE Wireless LED on the back is in FAST BLINK MODE (blinking approx 3 times per second).
ALSO, make sure the "Turn Discovery On" box is checked (this is found in the Bluetooth Settings OPTIONS Tab).

My computer has recognized the Liveboard™, but when I enter passkey 1234 in the "select passkey found in documentation" field, I get an error:
First, make sure the "Turn Discovery On" box is checked (this is found in Bluetooth Settings OPTIONS Tab).
Second, make sure you're not running the Liveboard Manager software yet. If you have a baseball icon in your system tray, right click and exit the program before attempting this pairing step.
Pairing can be a bit touchy, so it may take a few attempts.

I've successfully paired my PC and Liveboard™ and launched the Liveboard™ Manager, but the baseball icon is still gray:
Make sure your internet connection is working properly and that any antivirus software is set to allow the Liveboard Manager to access the internet.

I've been using my Liveboard™ for days, but now it's not showing
any games:

Try unplugging the USB Adapter and plugging it back in. The adapters often stop communicating with devices after being in continuous use for many days (typically over a week).

How do I select a different game than what's currently on my Liveboard™:
Right-click on the baseball icon in your system tray and all current games will be listed. Simply select any game and your Liveboard will display that game.
